Simon started his career in production planning, before progressing into process engineering, achieving six sigma black belt certification in 2002, developing into a lean manfacturing specialist and now a successful lean sigma consultant.
His passion is delivering savings to the bottom line by improving performance, reducing waste and optimising processes in any field of manufacturing. Simon has recently been working with Jaguar Land Rover identifying cost saving opportunities within the supplier base.
In 2009, Simon launched "1234Save" which helps to reduce utility costs (Insurance, Communications & Energy).
In 2010, Simon is planning to launch the "1234 Network" where his customers can benefit and help each other through the network of over 700 businesses.

Having an analytical and imaginative thought process, and using IE tools, Ian achieves efficiency improvements of 20-30% in many situations.
