SSW Consultancy became a limited company in 2007 and joined together successful consultants Simon Ward, Rob Smart and Ian Morris who are all succesful lean practioners who have physically been there and done it providing actual bottom line savings in a wide variety of fields before moving into consultancy roles. As testament to their passion they still engage in contracting roles to keep their experiences fresh and in-touch with reality as opposed to graduates/students who wish to learn as they go.
